The ideal candidate enjoys working around cars, takes initiative, and understands that first impressions matter.\nThis is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the automotive industry with opportunities for growth into detailing, service, sales, or management positions.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and showroom.\nWash, vacuum, fuel, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery and display.\nMove vehicles safely throughout the dealership, service department, and storage areas.\nEnsure inventory is properly parked, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.\nPerform daily lot walks to inspect vehicle appearance, tire pressure, battery condition, and cleanliness.\nAssist with receiving new inventory, checking in vehicles, and preparing them for sale.\nShuttle vehicles between departments, vendors, customer locations, and DMV appointments as needed.\nInstall license plates, dealer plates, window stickers, and other vehicle accessories.\nHelp keep the dealership, service drive, and customer parking areas clean and organized.\nAssist the sales and service departments with miscellaneous tasks and errands throughout the day.\nReport any vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or lot safety issues to management immediately.\nRepresent the dealership professionally while interacting with customers and vendors.\nQualifications\nAutomotive experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right person.\nStrong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.\nDependable, punctual, and able to work independently.\nExcellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining vehicle appearance.\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required).\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record required.\nWhat Sets Us Apart\nWe are not a volume-driven dealership.
