You will serve as a technical owner and subject matter expert for critical SaaS and cloud platforms, driving automation, security, scalability, and user experience improvements across the organization. You’ll partner closely with ITOperations, InfoSec, and Business teams to design solutions that scale and you’ll have the autonomy to influence tooling, architecture, and operational standards.\n\nIf you enjoy deep technical problem-solving, building elegant automation, and improving how modern enterprises actually work, this role offers meaningful scope and visibility.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nAct as a technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and select on‑premises platforms supporting CapTech employees\nEvaluate, pilot, and implement AI-enabled tools that improve productivity, support, and operational insight\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve application configurations, integrations, and access models\nLead automation initiatives (AI Agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows) to streamline provisioning, access management, audits, and operational processes\nServe as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot)\nDesign and manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC, ensuring secure and consistent access patterns\nPartner with Security and IT Leadership to enforce least‑privilege access, governance controls, and audit readiness\nInfluence change management practices aligned with ITIL, balancing agility and stability\nAnalyze trends, risks, and usage patterns across platforms to inform roadmap decisions\n\nQualifications\n\nExperience & Expertise:\n\nExperience supporting and administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments in professional or enterprise settings\nDemonstrated ability to operate as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point\nExperience administering:\nMicrosoft 365 (including Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, and Copilot)\nAzure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform\nPlatform configurations across a diverse portfolio of SaaS solutions\nStrong PowerShell scripting skills\nComfort working in macOS and Windows CLI environments\nUnderstanding of identity, authentication, and authorization models\nProven ability to gather requirements, author clear documentation, and translate business needs into workable technical solutions\n\nMindset & Approach:\n\nCustomer-focused, but systems-minded—you fix root causes, not just symptoms\nComfortable operating with autonomy and accountability\nCurious about AI, automation, and emerging tools—and pragmatic about applying them responsibly\nStrong communicator who can engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nAdditional Information\n\nWe want everyone at CapTech to be able to envision a lasting and rewarding career here, which is why we offer a variety of career paths based on your skills and passions.
