In this role, you'll operate stamping presses to produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.\r\nIf you're detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoOperate mechanical and hydraulic presses according to established procedures.\r\nPerform routine quality inspections using measuring equipment and visual inspections.\r\nLoad and unload materials and finished parts.\r\nMonitor production to ensure parts meet customer specifications.\r\nComplete production documentation accurately.\r\nIdentify and report equipment issues or quality concerns.\r\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\r\nWork with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.\r\nUtilize production systems such as Plex and Smart Pac as needed.\r\nWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 12 months of automatic press operating experience.\r\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\r\nAbility to safely follow work instructions and company procedures.\r\nBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.\r\nReliable attendance and a positive attitude.\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\r\nPhysical RequirementsLift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds regularly.\r\nStand and walk throughout the entire shift.\r\nPerform repetitive motions including reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling.\r\nWork safely around manufacturing equipment.\r\nWork EnvironmentThis position is performed in a manufacturing facility where employees are regularly exposed to machinery, noise, dirt, oil, and other typical plant conditions.
