Course Consultant

A company is looking for a Course Consultant to provide expert guidance and support to parents of elementary and middle school students. Key Responsibilities Participate in training sessions to understand educational products and user needs Address client inquiries regarding course offerings, schedules, and registration processes Engage potential clients through various communication channels and build relationships with parents Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics 1-2 years of prior experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service Fluency in both English and Mandarin Flexible schedule with availability for 30-40 hours per week Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
