The Curriculum Developer / Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and instructional materials that support enterprise collaboration, productivity, and secure communication services. This role ensures that users, administrators, and support personnel have access to high-quality learning resources, clear technical documentation, and effective knowledge products that enable successful adoption and operational use of supported technologies. The Trainer works closely with engineering teams, service desk staff, program leadership, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into accessible training content, user guides, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures. The position plays a key role in improving service outcomes through education, documentation, and continuous learning support. This role combines curriculum development expertise, instructional delivery, and advanced technical writing skills within a dynamic, enterprise IT environment.\nThis is a full-time, remote position.
