The candidate(s) is responsible for the engineering and deployment of a spectral exploitation environment and its integration within the broader NSG TCPED\nEnterprise. The candidate(s) will work with systems engineers, image scientists and developers to ensure\napplications and systems interoperate to deliver end-to-end mission solutions and maintain the integrity of the system-of-system enterprise.\n\nDuties may include:\n\nProvides expert advice to the Government in the areas of relating vision, strategy, plans, needs, requirements, and process and capability developments.\nAssists the Government in the capture and translation of mission and customer requirements/needs into systems/capability requirements and solutions.\nAssists the Government in performing systems integration activities.\nAssists with the planning, analysis/traceability of user requirements, architectures traceability, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing, workflow, and scheduling limitations.\nAssists the Government in strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management and interface design.\nLead the establishment of an integrated PED environment for spectral exploitation intended for image scientists to employ advanced tradecraft tools to process, analyze, and exploit literal and non-literal\ndatasets\n\n,\nRequired Skills\n\nSkills and Experience:\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or related STEM degree program, or related equivalent additional experience 4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.\nA minimum of 5 years of experience integrating sensor programs into large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture environments residing in cloud, on premise, or hybrid infrastructures.\nA minimum of 5 years NGA program/project work experience\nExperience integrating spectral data into spectral exploitation tools\nExperience integrating solutions using Cloud-based technologies.\nExperience with and strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle\nDemonstrated knowledge of the current NSG/ASG and NRO enterprises.\nPrevious IC or DoD program/project work experience.\nTS/SCI adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph\n\n,\nDesired Skills\n\nDesired:\nMaster’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or related STEM degree program.\nINCOSE Expert Systems engineering Professional (ESEP) certification.\nExperience integrating spectral exploitation tools within SAGE/CAP architecture\nExperience integrating solutions using advanced tradecraft tools used by NGA/ATS, such as Data Transformation Services and Full Spectrum Tool Kit\nWorking knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools, and languages.\nDemonstrated expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, information sciences, geographic information systems, geomatics, or related fields.\nExperience integrating solutions using Automation, Augmentation and Artificial Intelligence technologies.\n,\nAbout Avail Solutions LLC\n\nAvail Solutions is a world-class technical consulting and solutions provider located in Northern Virginia.
