This is a boots-on-the-ground Owner's Representative seat with full field ownership on behalf of the Owner.The RoleYou will serve as the Owner's primary on-site authority for the duration of construction. You will keep EPC contractors sequenced and accountable, make sound field-level decisions on behalf of the Owner, and make sure what gets built matches the IFC drawings and specificationsKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary on-site point of contact for local authorities, inspectors, and permitting agenciesRepresent the Owner in all field-level communications with external partiesCoordinate and supervise EPC contractor activities to keep construction safe, efficient, and properly sequencedMonitor environmental and permit compliance on the ground, including SWPPP/NOI, stormwater, dust, and erosion controlsTrack field implementation of RFIs, design changes, NCRs, and Owner approvalsMonitor construction progress against the approved schedule daily and escalate schedule risks earlyAct as the on-site link between Engineering, Procurement, and Project ManagementCoordinate delivery, storage, and tracking of Owner-furnished equipment and materials, and oversee laydown and site logisticsSubmit regular progress reports and keep accurate daily site logs and inspection recordsWhat You Bring2 or more completed utility-scale solar projects in the U.S. as a site-based construction representative, field supervisor, or equivalentHands-on knowledge of solar PV construction: civil and grading, pile driving, racking, module installation, and electrical balance of plantStrong communication skills across contractors, inspectors, and internal teamsA self-driven, practical approach and the confidence to make field-level calls independentlyWhy This Role?This is a true Owner-side seat, not an EPC support role.
