This role manages implementation projects from discovery through go-live, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Technical Services. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-facing experience to deliver successful implementations on time and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical implementation projects for enterprise customers.Manage integration workstreams, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.Serve as the primary technical advisor during customer implementationsGather and analyze customer business and technical requirements.Collaborate with customers' IT teams to integrate with various of customer’s enterprise applications.Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to resolve technical issues and communicate enhancement requests.
