Overnight Dock Worker Location: Hot Line Freight Systems, West Salem WI Schedule: Full-Time, Overnight Shift Hours: Monday night through Friday night, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Hot Line Freight Systems is seeking a reliable and experienced Overnight Dock Worker to join our freight operations team. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on dock and freight experience who thrive in a fast-paced, overnight logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Load and unload freight from trucks using a sit-down forklift Safely move, stack, and secure freight onto semi trailers. Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently Inspect freight for damage and report issues promptly Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock area Collaborate effectively as a member of a team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience Dock experience strongly preferred Sit-down forklift experience required (certification a plus) Ability to work a full-time overnight shift Comfortable working in hot and cold environments Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Forklift: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Forklift Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
