This role supports the project by ensuring efficiency within the defined program parameters.\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\nClean units with microfiber cloths, isopropyl wipes, and compressed air, using materials within budget.\r\nTest functionality: touchscreen, keyboard, Wi-Fi, USB-C, audio.\r\nRe-image units using DMPS current image via USB recovery drives.\r\nConnect re-imaged units to Wi-Fi and run Windows Update for patches.\r\nFlag defective units for the DMPS On-site Repair Technicians.\r\nMaintain workstation setup (USB recovery media, cleaning supplies and repackaging material) for batch processing.\r\nCollaborate with Team Lead and peers to achieve daily units completion goals.\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\n\r\nBasic experience in laptop maintenance or IT support.\r\nFamiliarity with Windows OS and re-imaging a plus.\r\nAttention to detail for cleaning and testing.\r\nAbility to follow standardized workflows in a high-throughput environment.\r\nComfortable using cleaning supplies and diagnostic tools.\r\nStrong time-management and teamwork skills.\r\n\r\nSterling Computers Corporation (\"Sterling\") is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
