Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAs the Ordnance Engineering Manager, you will manage the definition, interpretation, and implementation of design requirements, task delegation, coordination and execution of hardware designs, development and integration of hardware custom and procured hardware and systems in accordance with engineering process specifications. Ensure designs adhere to Common Integrated Processes as documented in Command Media, and drive process improvement into the design culture. Experience using EPDM Windchill, SAP and design tools\n\nKnowledgeable at a systems level in the areas of stress, propulsion, harness routing, strength of materials, subcontracts, electrical design/analysis, transportation, and launch operations\n\nExperience working with procurement and outside suppliers\n\nDemonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills\n\nKnowledge of Lockheed Martin Command Media related to system design and analyses\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with adjacent fields (systems engineering, electronics, stress/thermal analysis, configuration management, production, test, quality…)\n\nExcellent verbal/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with technical and non‑technical audiences\n\nSecurity Clearance Statement\nThis position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.\n\nEqual Opportunity\nLockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
