This role plays a key part in facilitating smooth transitions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, and maintaining a high level of quality throughout the onboarding lifecycle.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nAct as a technical point of contact during onboarding. Ensure onboarding tasks and milestones are completed within defined timelines, communicating blockers, and driving resolutions.\r\nParticipate in internal and external meetings to coordinate onboarding activities, provide updates, and answer questions.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to promote client satisfaction and address evolving needs.\r\nContribute to quality assurance efforts by reviewing configurations, deployments, and documentation to ensure baselines are met and issues are identified proactively.\r\nIdentify areas for procedural enhancement and contribute to scalable, repeatable onboarding workflows and knowledge documentation.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nFamiliarity with Azure environments and associated services.\r\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nExperience working in a client-facing or service delivery role.\r\nComfortable navigating evolving priorities and working across teams to support continuous improvement.\r\nSuccess Metrics\r\nOnboarding milestones delivered on schedule\r\nPositive client satisfaction scores post-onboarding\r\nFewer escalations due to miscommunication or process breakdowns\r\nContributions to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives\r\nDesired Qualifications\r\nMicrosoft Certificates\r\nAZ-104\r\nSC-300\r\nSC-400\r\nTechnology Experience\r\nMicrosoft 365 – Compliance Administration - AIP, DLP, Data lifecycle management, etc.\r\nMicrosoft 365 – Teams Administration\r\nMicrosoft 365 – Exchange Administration\r\nMicrosoft 365 – SharePoint Administration\r\nMicrosoft 365 – Security Administration\r\nMicrosoft 365 – Intune\r\nAzure Technology – AD Connect\r\nAzure Technology – Recovery Services\r\nAzure Technology – Virtual Machine - Management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.\r\nAzure Technology – AVD\r\nAzure Technology – Networking Services\r\nConditional Access\r\nAzure AD\r\nAzure Data and Analytic Services\r\nActive Directory Domain Services\r\nActive Directory Federation Services\r\nPower Automate\r\nCertificate management and renewals\r\nExport Control Notice\r\nThis position may involve access to information subject to U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
