This position will be primarily responsible for coordinating with the technician and the customer on the particular parts they will need to retrieve. Essential FunctionsPurchase equipment parts or supplies to maintain stock levels. Keep accurate account of inventory. Maintain documentation of requisitions Monitor and verify the delivery of parts. Conduct inspection to ensure quality. Fulfill customer requests for ordering parts. Identify defective parts and issue replacements. Accurately identify parts needed for customer. Effectively communicate with customers via phone and in person QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred Must be self-motivated. Team oriented. Retail experience preferred. Knowledge of parts and mechanics Physical RequirementsPhysical demands consist of sitting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, standing, walking, typing, talking, hearing and traveling.
