Your responsibilities will include:AI Agent Workflows: Design and implement the core reasoning loops, API calls, retries, and observability for our autonomous agents.Business Rules Engines: Translate messy enterprise logic into robust, scalable systems that can handle complex pricing and approval rules.System Integrations: Build and maintain critical connections to core enterprise platforms like CRMs (Salesforce), CPQ systems, and financial software.Scalability & Reliability: Architect data and application pipelines that hold up under pressure in high-volume, mission-critical environments.Who You Are: A Builder and an OwnerWe're looking for someone who is ready to build from the ground up and take ownership.Core Qualifications:Students or early career engineers who have built AI modelsInterest in startupsYou have built AI agents or complex automation systems that go beyond demos and have been deployed in production.You write clean, production-grade code in languages like Python, TypeScript, or Go.You have a bias for action and move fast -- nothing makes you happier than deploying to prod and watching users get immediate value.You’ve built something from scratch that you’re proud of (especially in infrastructure, developer tools, or applied AI).You thrive in ambiguity and are excited by the opportunity to define product direction with your work.Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):Experience with LLM agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom-built).Familiarity with CRMs, CPQ systems, or enterprise pricing models.Our ValuesCustomer Obsession: If they don’t win, neither do we.Radical Transparency: Share what’s working and what isn’t.
