If you are looking for a company that values and develops its employees while offering engaging work, Applied Composites may be the place for you.\n\nJob Accountabilities:\n\nPlans, schedules, and monitors the production cycle, following company instructions\nDetermines staff requirements for production schedules, coordinates, monitors, and trains all production staff\nCoordinates the efficient movement of production to meet area requirements\nApplies process specifications governing the production of product within an assigned cell, records production time and quantity data at the cell\nPerforms complex precision assembly in accordance with written, visual, and verbal instruction\nConducts Inspections of own and /or other associates work to insure correctness in accordance with company and /or customer drawing\nOther responsibilities as assigned\n\n Job Specifications:\n\n Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations\nYears’ Experience: 3 years or more of relevant experience depending on the complexity level of the job\n Skills:\n\nExperience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring production cycles\nCapable of performing complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations\nGood organizational skills to lead activities of production cycle\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to analyze and determine methods and procedures\nSkilled problem-solver: Exercises judgment, based on previous experience, practices and precedents, to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent\nAble to read and interpret company documents, such as safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures\n\nBenefits:\n\n At Applied Composites, we recognize how important your career and benefits are to you and your family.
