Brand Manager – Consumer Products About the Role 🚀 Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for consumer products and a track record of driving brand growth? We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to take ownership of our brand’s P&L, lead cross-functional innovation, and execute high-impact marketing strategies.In this role, you will be the champion of our brand, using data-driven insights to build consumer awareness, optimize pricing and packaging, and deliver on revenue and market share goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning market research into winning consumer campaigns, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do 📈Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic plans that align with corporate priorities and consistently build brand equity.P&L Ownership: Actively manage the brand P&L to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.Drive Innovation: Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term product improvements and new product launches.Consumer Engagement: Build awareness, generate trial, and drive sales through effective consumer promotions and communication plans. Direct post-program analysis to evaluate ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (trade, retail, category) and champion the brand to ensure alignment and execution excellence.Market Analysis: Utilize market data to evaluate performance, identify competitive threats, and uncover new product opportunities.Agency Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 1-2 direct reports.What You Bring to the Table 🧠Education: BS/BA in Business or Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Economics) required; MBA is highly preferred.Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in consumer products marketing and/or sales.Analytical Chops: Solid analytical skills and strong financial orientation. Must be proficient with IRI/Nielsen and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, fast-moving projects simultaneously.Promotional Expertise: Deep knowledge of a wide variety of promotion vehicles and vendor management.Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
