You will utilize your strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, to lead technical teams and subcontractors in the successful development of customer specific capabilities through hardware, software and test while providing solutions to a variety of programmatic challenges.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage the end-to-end program lifecycle from conceptualization to completion, overseeing acquisition, planning, and technical performance to meet quality, financial, and business objectives\nBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.\nWork closely with teams across various departments, including engineering, test and operations, to ensure that all elements of the program are delivered as planned.\nManage/Facilitate the generation of Statements of Work (SOW’s) and Purchase Orders (PO’s) that accurately reflect the scope of work and support as primary Program Management Office (PMO) interface with Subcontract Management.\nManage potential risks, proactively addressing issues and escalating when necessary. Track dependencies, issues, and changes to keep the program on track.\nDevelop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively to ensure program milestones are met.\nMonitor program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure that financial targets are met while maintaining program quality.\nProvide regular updates to senior management, stakeholders, and team members on program status, risks, and issues.\nCreate, present, and deliver program reports, presentations, and other communication materials to support design milestone and program management reviews.\nDrive process improvements within the program management function, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and program success.\nInteract with internal and external representatives at various levels concerning resolution of technical and scheduling issues.\n\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\nJob Qualifications\nTypically requires a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in engineering, science or a related technical field as well as nine or more years of progressively complex program administration experience.
