They are responsible for maintaining an organized workstation to assist with streamlining of products to their final destinations within our Automated system. They may assist with training of new hires, delivering and receiving product from the conveyor systems; interfacing with customers; processing of received goods; replenishing product within our automated picking system; fulfilling customer orders; reviewing and packing the orders to verify accuracy and ensure that the product is up to shipping standards.\nCOMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE\n$19.57 per hour, Full-Time, Non-Exempt\nSunday-Wednesday (11:00am-9:30pm)\nOnsite: 2601 Quorum Drive - Fort Worth, TX 76137\nBENEFITS\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your life, health, and future. (requires certification)\nFollow & commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, & efficiency.\nReport and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.\nPerform inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies.\nTrain in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.\nMaintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.\nMonitor and train new hires to ensure optimal productivity and quality.\nFollows all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.\nActs professionally and remains focused – contributing to a culture and environment focused on a safe working environment.\nPerforms other duties as assigned and be willing to cross train (may be required to do tasks that fall into warehouse associate 1 duties and responsibilities).\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\nAbility to read and speak English.\nMust have reliable transportation.\nAbility to follow detailed instructions.\nDesire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment.\nAbility to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery.\nMust be comfortable using electronic devices.\nCan lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.\nBasic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.\nAbility to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.\nMust be flexible with start and departure time changing.\nAbility to work overtime when needed.\nAbility to work independently without close supervision.\nResponsible for any additional duties assigned.\nPROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED\nMust be able to wear proper safety equipment (safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest).
