This role ensures the recruitment, training, and oversight of fully qualified personnel to provide Executive Assistant and administrative, marketing, event planning, information technology, information protection and security, and security services. The PM serves as the primary point of contact between the company and the government, ensuring seamless service delivery, personnel management, and contract execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssign appropriate resources to each task.\nMaintain clear organizational lines of authority.\nEnsure effective task management and administration, following the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).\nMaintain the personnel, organization, and administrative control necessary to ensure that the work delivered meets the specification requirements.\nEstablish and use proven policies, processes, analyses, and best practices.\nManagement, control, and the performance of any subcontractor used in support of the contract/order.
