The Role: A Closer’s Environment
This is not a remote desk job. As the Sales & Events Coordinator, you will spend the majority of your time on-property, serving as the face and voice of Milk and Honey Ranch. We are looking for an individual with a "Closing Mindset" - someone who understands that luxury sales require a mix of high-speed responsiveness, polished storytelling, and the ability to ask for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Rapid Lead Response: We maintain a "Gold Standard" for response times. You will be expected to engage with inquiries immediately, ensuring no lead goes cold and every potential client feels prioritized.
On-Site Consultative Tours: Conduct sophisticated, high-energy site tours that translate the ranch’s amenities into a vision for the client’s event. You must be able to "read the room" and pivot your pitch to suit a bride, a CEO, or a retreat leader.
Revenue Driven Closing: Transition leads from inquiry to executed contract. You are responsible for meeting booking targets and maximizing occupancy for weddings, corporate groups, and retreats.
Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare bespoke, high-end proposals and manage the contract lifecycle with meticulous attention to detail and professional follow-up.
Internal Coordination: Once the deal is closed, you will collaborate with our Director of Operations to ensure the "Run of Show" matches the promises made during the sales process.
Qualifications & Attributes
Closing Mindset: You are motivated by conversion rates and revenue goals. You enjoy the "chase" of a lead and the satisfaction of a signed contract.
Sales Agility: Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales, event planning, or high-end real estate where on-site tours and rapid follow-up were central to success.
Presence: A polished, professional demeanor. You must be comfortable navigating a 50-acre ranch and a corporate boardroom with equal grace.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. Your emails must be as sophisticated as your in-person tours.
Local/On-Site Availability: This role requires a consistent on-site presence to accommodate the immediate needs of prospective clients and site visits.
Compensation: This position is a salary + commission role. The base is $30,000 + 1% of sales and 5% of direct generated sales.
