Responsible for the safety, quality and efficiency of the product which is measured to IPC & SRCE standards.\nPerforms any combination of following tasks to disassemble, clean, and assemble electronic or emissions components, subassemblies, products, or systems:\nReads and follows work instructions, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.\nCrimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, solders, cements, press fits, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment.\nConnects component lead wires to printed circuit or routes and connects wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points, using IPC soldering standards procedures and equipment.\nPerforms intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, conformal coating, on parts and assemblies.\nPerforms testing and inspection, using magnifying devices, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment, to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.\nSets up and operates special equipment such as torque tools (automated and manual), solder irons, manual and automated electrical test equipment, etc.\nMaintain a clean and orderly work area for safe operation as well as customer presentation.\nAdhere to all safety guidelines, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) preventing incidents or injury to self or others, understands and follows ESD procedures.\nWhat we do: SRC Technologies Group is a Remanufacturing Solutions Provider focused on working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers to build successful rotating electrical and electronic offerings.\nRewards for you:\nExceptional health benefits\nVacation & Holiday Pay\n5% 401(k) Match\n100% Employee Owned\nTraining and Advancement Opportunities\n100% Tuition Reimbursement\nQuarterly Bonus Program\nOutstanding Company Culture\n\nHow we do it: Through a culture of ownership!
