We're looking for people who are passionate about sports, embody accountability, collaboration, curiosity, positivity, grit, and excellence, and are motivated to help grow and elevate the communities we serve.The Role We are looking for a Programming & Scheduling Specialist to support the execution and day-to-day management of FloSports' FAST channels. In this role, you will manage channel schedules, coordinate live event programming, and ensure content is delivered accurately and on time across all FAST platforms.Responsibilities Build and maintain daily FAST channel schedules across live and VOD programmingCoordinate live event scheduling and make real-time programming adjustments as neededManage channel rundowns and ensure programming aligns with partner requirements and audience strategyWork closely with content operations, production, and programming teams to ensure smooth content deliveryTrack programming updates, schedule changes, and operational issues across multiple FAST channelsAssist with metadata review and quality control to ensure programming accuracy across platformsSupport FAST channel launches, special events, and programming initiatives as neededMonitor scheduling workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencyKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience in programming, scheduling, media operations, or digital content distributionUnderstanding of FAST, streaming, broadcast, or digital media workflowsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to react quickly and effectively in fast-paced live event environmentsExperience working with scheduling systems, CMS platforms, or media operations toolsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsPassion for sports and sports mediaWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededOur Commitment to Diversity FloSports exists to elevate the communities, athletes, and sports that have too often been overlooked.
