This includes managing the site content, site capabilities and providing daily maintenance of the existing application(s). Participates in the testing process through review, analysis, and implementation. Familiarity with standard SharePoint concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Work with Client business stakeholders daily.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nThe following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other related duties may be performed, both major and minor, which\nare not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. As a SharePoint Developer you will be able to perform the following duties:\n\nWorking with COTS software that is SharePoint based requiring back-end SharePoint coding and front-end configurations.\nDevelop software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs, conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.\nDesign, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using SharePoint Foundation and front-end application configurations.\nTroubleshooting software issues.\nImplementation of SharePoint Foundation-based workflows.\nDocuments and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.\nDevelop proof of concept examples.\nProtects operations by keeping information confidential.\n\nQualifications:\n\n5 + years' experience programming SharePoint with SharePoint Designer. Other.NET coding (C#, VB. Net) desired.\n5 + years' experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.\nCertification(s) in Microsoft SharePoint Development.\nAttention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables.\nMust be motivated, independent, and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired\nFamiliarity using Lanteria HR Software is desired.\n\nRequired Skills:\nExperience programming SharePoint with SharePoint Designer. Other .NET coding (C#, VB. Net) desired.\nExperience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications.\nCertification(s) in Microsoft SharePoint Development (MUST UPLOAD CERTIFICATION)\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.\nFamiliarity using Lanteria HR Software is desired.
