ERHCo, Inc. 16111 SE 106th Ave, Suite 400 Clackamas, OR 97015The Warehouse Shipper position is an critical role, supporting the accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement of ERHCo Inc.'s warehouse and shipping operations. Individuals in this role need to possess exception attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, a can-do attitude and the ability to follow, improve and implement procedures. The Warehouse Shipper is expected to take ownership of tasks, identify issues before they escalate and contribute to operational excellence.ERHCo operates on a Monday through Sunday work week. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays, as needed.ERHCo is an Oregon based, family owned retailer. Started in October 1978 by a dedicated husband & wife team, it's grown from one store to 15 locations operated by the grandchildren of the founders.Compensation And Benefits $21.00 per hour with the opportunity for increases based upon the successful completion of benchmarks. A positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindsetPreferred Skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly. Comfort using warehouse systems and computer applications Forklift/Pallet Jack experience or training Receiving, inventory control experience
