This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing cases independently, and is looking for meaningful hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative small-firm setting.About the RoleThis position focuses primarily on commercial litigation, construction litigation, and real estate-related disputes, with a strong emphasis on defense work for home builder clients.The ideal candidate is confident handling litigation matters from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.
