Inside Sales Representative
Overview - Ranger Conveying & Supply is a family-owned, Houston-based Bulk Material Handling and Industrial Supply company.
The Vidor store is a 2-man operation that serves the customers in east Texas and into Louisiana. We are looking for an experienced professional to fill that “2nd person” Inside Sales role.
Duties -
1.) Be present at the store during business hours.
2.) Provide customer service to those who come in and call in.
3.) Problem solve to provide parts and service for each customer.
3.) Communicate through out the day with the Outside Salesman.
4.) Process orders (write invoices, pull parts, pricing).
5.) Shipping and Receiving.
6.) Inventory management.
7.) Communicate with Houston branch as needed.
Required Skills -
1.) Phone, Email, Text, Written, and In-Person communication
2.) Basic math
3.) Organization
4.) Customer Service
5.) Regular 5-day / Week Availability
6.) Texas Drivers License
7.) Forklift operation (on job training available)
Additional Skills - preferred
1.) Memory for part numbers
2.) Bilingual Spanish speaking
3.) Bulk Material Handling Equipment experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
