We're looking for a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to keep our machines running and our stores looking sharp.\n\nRole Overview\nAs the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will serve as the primary technical expert responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of commercial laundry equipment across the South Florida locations. You will lead a small team/helper, troubleshoot issues quickly, and ensure minimal downtime so operations run smoothly and customers stay happy.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial washers, dryers, and related laundry equipment.\nLead and mentor a maintenance helper/handyman; assign tasks and ensure high-quality work.\nConduct regular facility inspections (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general building maintenance).\nRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency service calls.\nMaintain inventory of parts and supplies; coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and keep accurate maintenance records.\nSupport new equipment installation and facility upgrades as the company grows.\nTroubleshoot coin and card-based payment systems on laundry machines.\nTravel between South Florida locations as needed (company vehicle & mileage support will be provided).\nQualifications & Requirements\n5+ years of hands-on experience maintaining commercial or industrial laundry equipment or similar mechanical systems (HVAC, appliances, manufacturing machinery).
