This role will focus on validating network solutions, supporting production implementations, consulting on network design, and providing technical expertise during large scale network initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong hands on experience with mobile core technologies, network testing methodologies, and production network support.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide technical guidance and advisory support for network enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, and architecture improvements.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand testing objectives, technical requirements, and business goals.\nDevelop, execute, and document network test plans and communicate results through professional reporting.\nSupport the design, implementation, and validation of laboratory environments, feature enhancements, and infrastructure upgrades.\nCreate migration documentation and support activities associated with transitioning solutions from laboratory environments into production.\nProvide technical insight during escalation activities and collaborate with support organizations to accelerate service restoration.\nConsult on network architecture with emphasis on resiliency, scalability, performance, and service quality.\nReview and assess proposed network changes for risk, impact, and implementation readiness.\nSupport major deployment events and assist with troubleshooting hardware and configuration issues.\nShare technical knowledge through documentation, informal training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.\nParticipate in recurring customer meetings, service reviews, and operational planning discussions.\nContribute to operational reporting, risk assessments, and future planning activities.\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience supporting mobile core network environments, including packet core technologies.\nStrong understanding of 5G networking concepts and call flow analysis.\nExperience developing and executing structured network testing plans.\nAbility to create technical documentation, including test reports, implementation plans, migration guides, and operational reports.\nExperience supporting production network deployments and infrastructure upgrade activities.\nKnowledge of network design principles including resiliency, scalability, fault recovery, and Quality of Service.\nExperience evaluating implementation procedures and conducting change impact assessments.\nStrong troubleshooting skills for network hardware, software, and configuration issues.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work onsite during standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM)\nAbility to participate in after hours deployment activities and respond to critical incidents when required.\nPreferred:\nExperience working within large enterprise or service provider network environments.\nExperience supporting laboratory to production migration initiatives.\nPrevious experience delivering technical workshops, training sessions, or knowledge transfer activities.\nIndustry certifications related to networking or telecommunications.\nExperience participating in customer facing technical reviews and operational governance meetings.\nTools & Technologies:\nCisco Enhanced Packet Core\n5G Mobile Networks\nNetwork Testing and Validation Tools\nPacket Analysis and Troubleshooting Tools\nNetwork Monitoring Platforms\nTechnical Documentation Tools\nChange Management Processes\nWorking Conditions\nStandard business hours coverage, 5 days per week;
