This role focuses on translating complex business problems into analytical frameworks, developing predictive models, and delivering actionable insights that improve operational performance, revenue, and guest experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nModeling & Advanced Analytics\nDevelop and deploy statistical models and machine learning solutions to solve business problems.\nPerform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities.\nBuild and evaluate models using appropriate techniques (regression, classification, clustering, etc.).\nEngineer features and iterate on model performance.\nExperimentation & Insight Generation\nDesign and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure impact of initiatives.\nTranslate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.\nCommunicate results to stakeholders in a way that drives decision-making.\nBusiness Problem Solving\nPartner with stakeholders to define problems, hypotheses, and success metrics.\nBreak down ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.\nProvide ongoing analytical support for strategic initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.\n4+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or similar roles.\nStrong proficiency in Python for analysis and modeling.\nStrong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation.\nExperience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).\nExperience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing).\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms and modern data environments.\nExperience in consumer, travel, or hospitality industries.\nExposure to working with large-scale or complex datasets.\nDisclaimer:\nBrooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
