Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Process orders, account updates, returns, exchanges, and other customer requests.Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved effectively.Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.Meet established performance metrics, including response times, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and industry updates.Qualifications:1+ years of customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience in a high-volume customer service or call center environment.Bilingual language skills.Experience using CRM platformsCompensation: $20-26/an hour Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.#SONIBOS
