The Sr. Mainframe Developer will play a key role in leading the development of our products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest quality of our software products.\nJob Title: Senior Mainframe Developer\nLocation: NCR (National Capital Region) with option for remote\nBase Qualifications:\n· US Citizen\n· Active DoD Secret clearance\nDetailed Qualifications:\n· 5-10 years supporting IT-related projects, preferably DoD and/or Army\n· Experience in an environment similar to ATRRS in terms of size and complexity.\n· Experience in OS/390 or Z/OS application development. Internet application development experience a plus.\n· Experience in IBM COBOL, DB2 (including stored procedures), CICS Transaction Server, and use of Z/OS operating system.\n· Experience in programming new system modules in both CICS Transaction Server and batch, running in a Z/OS environment that can be added to ongoing operational systems without any interruption of service to users.\n· Experience of sufficient scope and quality to be able to independently solve program malfunctions in a Z/OS environment.\n· Experience in the ability to debug programs and job streams being tested in various hardware/operating system environments.\n· Experience in executive software environments and hardware configurations and models.\n· Experience in the use of DB2 Connect and integrating with web-based applications.\nWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
