The candidate should have experience in architecting and driving complex performance testing / engineering projects that measure the characteristics of systems running under dynamic, real-world workloads. In this role you will create infrastructure, automation, and tools that drive realistic loads against the core services of our platform. You will also enable peers in engineering, customer support, and cloud teams to leverage our tools to provide related services.\nQualifications and Experience:\nYears Of Experience: 8 to 15 years\nSkills Required:\nProvide E2E Performance testing / engineering solutions for various application / projects.\nAbility to develop, design, and execute performance tests using JMeter, Neoload, or any performance testing tool based on requirements and an understanding of the workload model.\nDemonstrable working experience in Web, Web services, REST/SOAP/XML and Native Mobile App based testing.\nExperience with Kafka MQ’s and Service Virtualization.\nIdentity and troubleshoot performance issues in collaboration with architecture and development teams.\nPerforms root cause analysis and drives issues to appropriate resolutions. Improve the reliability and repeatability of performance testing.\nActively participates in and supports the software development life cycle.\nExperience with using any APM / performance monitoring tools such as Splunk, Data Dog, New Relic, AppDynamics & Dynatrace. Or Azure Insights and AWS CloudWatch.\nHands- on experience in analyzing the performance results – Capture/Analyze/Interpret technical data – performance metrics from application, database, OS, and Network.\nDemonstrated ability to capture key metrics, create accurate status reports and effectively communicate to the stake holders.\nExperience in Cloud (AWS / Azure) environment, Docker/Kubernetes, Prometheus and Grafana. Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection to verify the performance of the applications.\nIdentifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application.\nGenerate performance graphs, session reports, and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.\nPublish results and provide appropriate signoff.\nPrepare detailed status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.\nGood understanding of basic DB tuning, application server tuning and common issues around performance and scalability.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies.\nDevelop and engage in proactive, thoroughness, and looks for ways to improve and promote quality performance testing practice.\nExperience in CI/CD Integrations like GIT, Jenkins, or ADO. Good knowledge of GIT, or other version control systems.\nCommunication – Clearly conveys information and ideas both verbally and written.\nAbility to multi-task.
