{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"7c2b868d19fbbaba4e751217","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7c2b868d19fbbaba4e751217","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7c2b868d19fbbaba4e751217","title":"Configuration and Risk Manager","description":"DCS is looking for an analyst to provide engineering and analytical support for CM and Risk Management (RM) operations.\nEssential Job Functions:\nCM operation tasks include:\nmaintenance of the CM Plans; analyzing CM processes; conducting in-depth analysis; developing measurements to monitor CM process key phases; managing CCB; managing Configuration Review Board (CRB); review drawings; review CM CDRLs; review ECPs; review TDP\nassisting in organizing and managing the PM AAA internal CCBs process.\nevaluating program artifacts and maintain and update a repository of ECPs and Deviations based on CCB results.\nsupporting the conduct of Functional and Physical Configuration Audits.\nsupporting engineering and technical assessments of Technical Reviews in the following areas: assisting the Government in preparing for the reviews; providing comments and adjudications to action items assigned during the reviews; and providing a status of action items through close out.\nRM operation tasks include:\nmaintaining the RM Plan and process; analyzing RM processes; conducting in-depth analysis; developing measurements to monitor key RM process phases; assessing PQDRs;\nassisting in organizing and managing the PM AAA internal Risk Management Board (RMB) process.\nevaluating program artifacts and maintain and update a repository of Risk and risk mitigations based on RMB results.\nRequired Skills:\nDue to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.\nBachelor's Degree and 4+ years of related professional experience.\nSECRET clearance is required.\nExperience performing RM and CM in support of an ACAT Level I - III program of record.\nConducted in-depth analysis of RM processes, developing measurements to monitor key phases of RM, and maintaining RM Plans.\nOrganized and managed the Internal Risk Management Board process and maintained currency of a Risk Registry and associated mitigation strategies.\nAssessed PQDRs and delivered reports to the customer that provide status updates and track action items resulting from technical assessments and reviews.\nConducted in-depth analysis of CM processes, developing measurements to monitor key phases of CM, and maintaining CM Plans.\nReviewed and evaluated program artifacts (drawings, vendor deliverables, ECPs, and TDPs), and coordinated and participated in engineering and technical assessments.\nOrganized and managed CRBs and CCBs, conducted FCAs and PCAs, and maintained currency of an ECP and Deviation repository based on results from these events.
