Other duties may be assigned.\nWorks on site with consistent attendance.\nData entry\nMaintain Eligibility (Enrolls, Terms, Changes)\nMaintain MHB updates (Premiums, Contributions, Plan Builds, etc.)\nDaily Fulfillments\nRetro Reports\nOAD Reports\nCat 5 reports\nAssist with Renewals\nAssist with Open Enrollments\nDiscrepancy Resolving\nProcess Incoming Faxes and Mail, including returned mail\nAssist With Outbound Calls\nWork Import Error Log\nCreating new and/or maintaining export mapping documents\nHIPAA Certifications, as needed\nReceive incoming requests for research from Account Executives and Client Managers.\nResearch all claim questions as requested\nGather all necessary information for claim research purposes\nProvide timely and detailed responses to requestor(s)\nBuild strong relationships with Account Executives and Client Managers\nBuild strong relationships with Claims Management personnel\nManage claim research and details from beginning-to-end.\nAssist With Outbound Calls\nMake calls to members or providers as needed to gather or provide information as directed by Account Executives and Client Managers\nReview Summary Plan Descriptions/Documents for all benefit information as needed\nExhibit strong technical knowledge of industry, products, and compliance requirements, including plan deductibles and dates\nAppropriately escalate issues and opportunities to Upper Management as needed.\nEnsure proper handling of customer issues and concerns.\nNavigate and understand BRMS claims system\nAdministrative duties in support to Client Services team\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management\nSupervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisor responsibilities.\nWork Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid, class C license in state working with no adverse driving record.\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
