Partnership Taxation Senior Associate

Location: Tulsa, OK 74136 Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office - effective March 2026) Position Type: Full-Time The Partnership Taxation Senior Associate will support tax compliance and consulting engagements for partnerships, S corporations, individuals, and trusts. This role involves working closely with the Partnership Business team to deliver high-quality tax solutions, identify tax-saving opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals and private companies. Key Responsibilities Support multiple client engagements including planning, execution, and completion of tax projects Prepare and review complex partnership, S corporation, individual, and trust tax returns Provide tax compliance and consulting services with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Research tax issues and collaborate with specialists to resolve complex matters Assist in proposal activities and manage engagements within budget Respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries Maintain strong client communication and relationships Mentor and support junior staff on tax projects Utilize tax software to prepare and process returns Must-Have Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 2+ years of public accounting experience Strong experience in tax compliance (partnerships, S corps, individual, trust returns) Must meet 150-hour requirement for CPA eligibility Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite) Required Skills Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax compliance Experience with partnership, S corporation, individual, and trust taxation Excellent analytical, technical, and tax technology skills Ability to identify tax issues and collaborate with technical specialists Strong communication and client service skills Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills CPA or CPA eligible (preferred) Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses Proven ability in implementing tax strategies Public accounting experience with complex client structures Core Competencies Analytical thinking and attention to detail Client relationship management Time management and multitasking Team collaboration and mentorship Problem-solving ability Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Required) Must meet 150-hour requirement for CPA exam #J-18808-Ljbffr
