This role will lead execution across multiple interconnected workstreams supporting a shared distribution center implementation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful delivery through go-live.\nThe ideal candidate will bring deep experience leading full end-to-end DC implementations, including warehouse systems, operational readiness, infrastructure, automation, and organizational change management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate across both strategic and tactical priorities in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead execution of a large-scale distribution center implementation program from planning and design through testing, cutover, and go-live stabilization\nDrive coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams including WMS, infrastructure, automation, operations, testing, and change management\nManage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across a complex enterprise implementation environment\nOversee and guide workstream Project Managers while ensuring alignment to overall program objectives and milestones\nLead stand-ups, program governance meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting, proactively identifying risks, blockers, and mitigation plans\nOwn RAID logs and maintain clear documentation of key decisions, dependencies, actions, and escalations\nDevelop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, milestone plans, and implementation schedules aligned to business objectives and go-live targets\nCoordinate across operations, technology, vendors, integrators, and business stakeholders to drive accountability and delivery\nSupport operational readiness activities including testing coordination, training alignment, cutover planning, and go-live execution\nTranslate complex program updates and implementation metrics into clear executive-level communications and reporting\nMinimum Qualifications:\n8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within supply chain, warehouse, distribution, or large-scale operational environments\nHands-on experience with Manhattan Associates WMS implementations\nExperience leading at least 2 full end-to-end distribution center implementations\nProven ability to manage multiple large-scale workstreams simultaneously within complex enterprise environments\nExperience overseeing Project Managers or cross-functional workstream leads\nStrong background in risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder communication\nExperience driving operational change management initiatives in parallel with technical implementations\nAbility to operate effectively across both business and technical teams\nStrong organizational, leadership, and executive communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience within retail, eCommerce, or high-volume distribution environments\nExposure to automation, material handling systems, or warehouse infrastructure implementations\nExperience supporting enterprise transformation or large operational modernization initiatives\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite\nAbout Us:\nAt Brooksource, relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
