Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills are essential in this role, as well as confidentiality, and proficiency in use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite.\r\nMinimum Requirements\r\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED\r\nExperience: 2 to 4 years of progressive administrate/field experience in the Operations or Construction industry\r\nor\r\nEducation: Associate Degree\r\nExperience: 6 months to 1 year of progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction industry\r\nTravel: 20%\r\nWork Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nSkillfully selects new hires and partners with talent team to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.\r\nActs as a coach and developer of talent.\r\nImproves the overall quality of field team members by helping to keep certifications current, expanding licensing, and increasing awareness of training possibilities through frequent communications with field personnel.\r\nPartners with Talent & Operation teams to optimize recruiting and selection, team member relations, and other related topics as it pertains to direct reports.\r\nVisits various projects to encourage safe and productive behavior.\r\nProvides feedback and coaching at the management and team member levels to drive retention and enhance performance.\r\nEffective partnership with the Workforce Planning and Scheduling team to meet organizational and team member needs.\r\nCreate and develop positive community relationships to establish a pipeline of perspective team members.\r\nOversees the execution and completion of team members' performance evaluation processes.
