This role requires expertise in workload planning, proposal preparation, budgeting, team management, and client consultation, combined with a strong understanding of business practices. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting client requirements, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active secret security clearance is required.Key Responsibilities:Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery and meet client expectations. Develop and present detailed technical and pricing proposals for clients.Oversee project invoicing and ensure accuracy and timely submission.Interview, hire, and onboard team members to align with project needs and client requirements.Provide professional consultation to clients, addressing project needs and aligning solutions with business practices.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and resolutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline.5 - 10 years of experience in managing IT projects and tasks.Excellent customer service skillsStrong leadership, communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and interact with stakeholders and technical teams effectively. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).An active Secret Clearance is required.  Certification Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) An ability to work on-site during normal business hours is required. Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Expertise in preparing technical and pricing proposals. Ability to manage project risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.Knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and related technologies.Cloudshape is committed to employee growth through learning, training, advancement, and rewards.
