This is a physically active role, where you will be responsible for receiving inventory, maintaining the saftey and organization of our warehouse, and supporting other functions within the operations department (picking, processing, curbside and in-store pickup. You will be a key player in managing the location's inventory and a top contributor in the quarterly physical inventory process. This is an impactful role that offers the oppertunity to collaborate across departments to ensure customers are receiving the best experience in the industry. If you are positive, hardworking, and looking for an opportunity to join a great company we want to hear from you!\n\nBENEFITS\n\nMedical/Dental/Vision insurance - K&L pays 100% of individual premium\nCompany sponsored 401k plan, with matching\n3 weeks of paid time off per year – time off accrual increases at 5 years of service\n8 paid holidays\nGenerous product discount\n\nPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nCheck-in and stow product deliveries and transfers\nReceive inventory and complete daily price changes\nCommunicate with K&L's buy team and 3rd party suppliers\nResearch and reconcile inventory discrepencies\nContribute towards warehouse maintenance (sweeping, cardboard breakdown, etc.)\nParticipate in the quarterly physical inventory process\nConsolidate, organize, and maintain paid customer orders in the Will-Call area\nFulfill web orders and transfers from in-stock inventory\nProcess credit cards for completed orders\nMaintain, update, and follow up on problem orders (missing items, credit card declines, etc.)\n\nSupport customers with in-store and curbside pickup orders\n\nWork in conjunction with retail operations manager to ensure a safe and organized facility\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn\nDetail oriented and organized\nMust be able to work weekends\nMust have a clean driving record\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to load, unload, and operate a hand truck\nMust be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours each day\nAbility to bend stoop, twist, and kneel frequently\nAbility to load, unload, and operate a hand truck safely\nPrevious experience with Office 365, shipping software, warehouse technology, and handheld devices preferred\n\nJoin us at K&L Wine Merchants and be a part of a unique journey in the world of wine and spirits, where your expertise and passion will help shape the future of our company and the experiences of our loyal customers.\n\nK&L Wine Merchants is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
