This allows us to move quickly, solve problems and stay ahead of changes across patient affordability, pharmacy and payer dynamics.We’re looking for a Program Manager who shares that mindset.The RoleYou’ll own the day to day success of assigned pharmaceutical manufacturer programs and become a trusted partner to your clients.You’ll understand how each program is performing, what patients are experiencing, where manufacturer dollars are going and where we can make the program better.What You’ll Do• Own day to day client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience• Manage copay and patient affordability programs across assigned brands• Monitor claims, utilization, program spend and key performance trends• Help clients understand and improve the gross to net impact of their affordability programs• Work with our pharmacy monitoring and analytics teams to identify unusual activity, program leakage and opportunities for improvement• Understand changing payer, PBM and benefit structures and how they impact patient assistance• Turn program data into clear insights and recommendations for clients• Lead client meetings, program reviews and business reviews• Coordinate program changes, launches and implementations across our technology, claims, finance, analytics and operations teams• Stay curious. Ask why. Find opportunities and follow through on them.What We’re Looking ForIndustry experience is preferred, particularly within pharmaceutical patient services, copay, affordability, HUB services, market access or claims.More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:• Puts the customer first• Takes ownership and follows through• Is naturally curious and wants to keep learning• Understands the importance of both patient access and manufacturer economics• Can analyze data and turn it into action• Communicates clearly with clients and internal teams• Is organized and comfortable managing multiple programs• Looks for problems before the customer finds them• Enjoys working with technology and finding better ways to do things• Can move quickly while maintaining attention to detailExperience with pharmacy claims, medical benefit programs, PBMs, specialty pharmacy, gross to net, pharmacy monitoring or complex affordability benefit structures is a plus.How We WorkOur Program Managers don’t operate alone.You’ll work directly with our in house technology, claims, analytics, pharmacy monitoring, finance and operations teams.
