{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"7c04ed3ff9db3baef44112e6","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7c04ed3ff9db3baef44112e6","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7c04ed3ff9db3baef44112e6","title":"Program Manager","description":"Future Technologies (FTI) is in search of a Program Manager to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.\r\nResponsibilities: Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the customer\r\nDevising new programs that support the objectives\r\nComing up with sustainable goals for the Work Area\r\nDevelop budgets and plans for the programs\r\nEvaluating and assessing the programs' risks\r\nMonitoring projects and overseeing project leads to ensure goals are met\r\nMeeting with customers to discuss program status and goals\r\nEnsure contract deliverables are accurate and on time\r\nQualifications: Thirty-six (36) years of general combat system experience, such as prior experience in one or more of the following: combat systems design/engineering, combat system computer program development, combat system certification, combat system simulation engineering, combat system operations, and life-cycle support.\r\nTwenty-two (22) years specific experience as follows:\r\nExperience in conducting and coordinating contractual activities, including monitoring and reporting contract performance status and metrics, plus financial coordination and reporting.\r\nExperience ensuring CDRLs are delivered in the appropriate format and within the defined schedule.\r\nExperience performing job estimation activities.\r\nExperience leading and managing large-scale, multi-site operations, support, and Life-Cycle maintenance effort of combat system and/or simulation hardware and software systems.\r\nActive Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS.\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer.
