Our Aligned DNA is what makes us unique and successful!\nThe Regional Maintenance Program Manager is the accountable owner of maintenance execution, CMMS integrity, and vendor performance across an assigned geographic region. This role ensures that Aligned’s national maintenance standards are executed consistently at the site level through disciplined planning, auditing, QA/QC, and corrective action.\nServing as the primary execution arm of the national maintenance program, the Regional Maintenance Program Manager indirectly oversees the site level Maintenance Supervisors, enforces standardized scopes of work, and drives regional maintenance performance, risk reduction, and OpEx efficiency.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAs Regional Maintenance Program Manager, you will:\nRegional Execution of National Maintenance Standards\nEnsure full regional alignment to standardized national SOWs, PM task lists, frequencies, and maintenance requirements.\nValidate PM planning, sequencing, and scheduling across all sites in the region.\nPartner with Maintenance Supervisors to ensure PM work quality and documentation consistency.\nCMMS Governance & Documentation Integrity\nOwn CMMS data accuracy for the region, including PM schedules, asset hierarchies, and documentation standards.\nAudit PM and CM work orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to required documentation protocols.\nCoordinate with national leadership to implement CMMS improvements.\n\nMaintenance Planning & Forecasting\nBuild annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance plans for all assigned sites.\nSupport PM and corrective maintenance prioritization, outage planning, and scheduling.\nAlign plans with staffing availability, vendor schedules, and operational risk windows.\nVendor Oversight & Performance Management\nAudit vendor performance, confirm adherence to contractual scope, and validate PM completion quality.\nAddress vendor deficiencies, scopes of work deviations, and recurring gaps.\nSupport vendor escalations and serve as the first point of contact for critical maintenance concerns.\n\nSupport to Site Operations\nProvide SME-level support to sites during high-risk maintenance evolutions.\nAssist in risk reviews, MOP/SOP validation, and maintenance readiness planning.\nCoordinate regional spare parts strategy and ensure readiness for PM/CM activities.\n\nCompliance & QA/QC\nConduct regular site visits to perform walkdowns, quality audits, and maintenance verification.\nEnsure alignment with safety standards, LOTO compliance, documentation integrity, and PM quality expectations.\nImplement corrective action plans for chronic maintenance issues or documentation failures.\nOpEx Reduction & Efficiency Improvements\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities across regional contracts, schedules, staffing, and vendor scopes.\nProvide input to national consolidation strategies and rate card alignment initiatives.\nTrack regional maintenance spend and support annual budget development.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n7-10 years of experience in data centers, industrial maintenance, or mission-critical facility operations.\nDeep understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls, and reliability-driven maintenance practices.\nExperience with CMMS governance, vendor management, and multi-site coordination.\nStrong communication, planning, auditing, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to travel to multiple sites within the region as needed.\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\nMulti-site operational coordination\nQA/QC and audit discipline\nCMMS and documentation integrity\nVendor management and scope validation\nRisk-based maintenance planning\nStrong analytical and communication abilities\nAbility to coach, influence, and align cross-functional teams\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:\nFrequently required to stand/walk/sit\nFrequently required to bend/climb\nOccasionally required to lift 25-50 lbs\nFrequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity\nOccasionally work near moving mechanical parts\nThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
