Sales Administrator
Supporting a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Administrator will manage internal sales processes, coordinate documentation, and ensure the revenue team remains focused on driving sales while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Own and execute internal sales processes, ensuring consistency, organization, and accuracy
Track and process payments, assist with collections, and manage templates and related documentation
Maintain CRM data hygiene and assist with reports and dashboards for leadership
Required qualifications
1-3 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or operations (SaaS or B2B preferred)
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and tools like G-Suite and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with quoting, sales documentation, and scheduling tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Self-motivated with a process-oriented mindset focused on clarity and improvement
