Sales Manager, Childrenswear Specialty

Summary The Sales Manager, Childrenswear Specialty supports profitable growth and account management for the Childrenswear wholesale sales team. This role manages Specialty and Pure Play accounts, drives strategic alignment across cross-functional partners, and ensures strong execution in sales, assortment and inventory management. The manager will build curated assortments, manage inventory, and collaborate with merchandising, replenishment, and marketing to deliver sales growth and profitability. Responsibilities Execute sales strategies for assigned accounts to achieve revenue and profit goals Partner with the Head of Sales on business strategy development and execution Collaborate with account planning, regional merchandise planning, sales, and account services to build and sell seasonal assortments Own Specialty and Pure Play sales and inventory plans, including curated assortments and inventory management Manage daily account activity including sales performance tracking, order entry, shipping updates, and reorder management Monitor, analyze, and act on business performance metrics to identify growth and optimization opportunities Support digital and marketing initiatives and maintain communication with merchant partners and field teams Collaborate with replenishment to support forecasting and maintain optimal inventory levels Requirements 3-5 years of retail or department store experience Experience working with buyers and merchants in a department store environment Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Understanding of brand positioning principles and retail operations Strong analytical and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
