Mike Carpino Ford Parsons is looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to support both our front desk and parts/service department. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and maintain a clean, welcoming dealership environmentAnswer incoming calls, direct them to correct department, and take accurate messagesProcess payments for customersHandle administrative duties such as filing, scanning, scheduling, and data entryPrepare and reconcile daily deposits as neededCreate, review, and process invoices accurately as neededMaintain accurate records and documentation for customer-facing transactionsSupport the accounting and service departments with basic clerical tasksSchedule service appointments for customersAssist customers and technicians in identifying and ordering correct partsLook up parts pricing and availabilityCreate and process parts invoices, special orders, and returnsMaintain organized parts storageProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries to assure customer needs are handled to best abilities.Establish follow up timeObtain customer and vehicle informationVerify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orderQualificationsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask while staying organized and detail-orientedPrevious administrative, receptionist, retail, or automotive parts/service experience is helpful but not requiredPositive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learnA desire for a long-term career with a growing organizationComputer skills and willingness to learn new programsAbility to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specificationsAbility to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of timeHigh school diploma or equivalentCompensation & BenefitsEntry-level position starting at $15/hour with opportunity for pay increase after 90-day performance evaluationHealth InsurancePTOHolidays401(K)Professional Development AssistanceTuition ReimbursementWe are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
