Drive accelerated, AI-enabled delivery: apply accelerators, code conversion tooling, and AI-assisted engineering to compress timelines and improve quality. Serve as the senior escalation point for clients and partners; manage executive stakeholders, delivery risk, and organizational change across client and internal teams. Govern and scale multi-shore delivery teams (onsite/offshore), ensuring operational excellence, predictable milestones, and client satisfaction on fixed-bid engagements. Champion solution and architecture reviews across data platforms, ensuring robust designs and safe cutover strategies. Build reusable delivery frameworks, playbooks, and knowledge assets that strengthen delivery maturity.Qualifications 15+ years in IT services/consulting with data platforms and analytics as the core expertise; 8+ years in delivery leadership. Proven P&L ownership on multi-million-dollar, multi-client programs. Demonstrated success leading data platform modernization programs (legacy to modern cloud platforms), including AI-enabled and accelerator-driven delivery, migration planning, data validation and reconciliation strategies, parallel runs, and cutover execution. MarTech domain expertise is a must: customer data platforms, identity resolution, audience and campaign data flows. Strong stakeholder, risk, and change management skills at CxO level; consulting orientation with solution shaping and transformation roadmap experience.
