Leverage CI/CD pipelines and AWS/PaaS platforms to meet modern development standards. Facilitate code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 52 weeks of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 level. Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Angular, Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot. Cloud/DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS, PaaS, and CI/CD tools. Database: Advanced knowledge of relational (SQL, DB2) and NoSQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) databases. Agile: Strong experience in Scaled Agile practices and real-time data processing.
