Verification of suicide training 2. Verification of demographic data via Nursys e-Notify - Proof of right to work in the United States - Critical care experience in a hospital setting ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. - Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. - Prepare and administer medications as prescribed and record their administration accurately. - Initiate patient education plans as prescribed by physicians, teaching patients and their families how to manage their illnesses/injuries. - Record patient medical information and vital signs accurately and concisely. - Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, interpreting and recording electronic displays.
