The position may be specific to a particular business segment or a combination of business segments/govers, depending on the structure of the organization. It may be responsible for production operations of a large group and accountable for internal and offshore production units.\r\nWhat You'll Do Manage work activities and operations of a functional area or department that supports the title process.\r\nProvide input to operational plans and work with Senior Management to ensure that plans integrate with broader strategies.\r\nAct as a liaison with Escrow/Branch managers and leaders of other functions/operations/business units, providing feedback and resolution on escalated issues, process changes, and results.\r\nCoordinate and monitor efforts between groups.\r\nIn smaller operations, serve as a hybrid role with Escrow and Title staff members reporting to you.\r\nWork with vendors who provide services to FA, typically preapproved; monitor and manage vendor compliance, cost-effectiveness, quality and timeliness of work.\r\nImprove processes and output quality; in smaller locations, manage a wider range of vendors including office-management providers.\r\nTrack and monitor expenses; the role may include office-management-type duties.\r\nWrite and conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching.\r\nIdentify training needs for subordinates.\r\nMake hiring and compensation recommendations, with input from management as needed.\r\nWhat You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\n5-7 years of directly related experience.\r\n3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role.\r\nDemonstrated success establishing, leading and maintaining effective working relationships at the Department Management level.\r\nStrong process skills; detail oriented.\r\nStrong computer skills and knowledge of company operating systems and applications.\r\nStrong problem-solving and customer service skills.\r\nAbility to lead and be sought out for advice.\r\nAble to manage competing priorities.\r\nSuccessful track record designing, developing and executing complex projects.\r\nAbility to influence others in sensitive situations and prevent damage to relationships.\r\nStrong communication skills, able to convey the function's vision and the department's direction, and set aligned goals.\r\nProficiency in providing resources and creating systems to measure results.\r\nKnowledge of competitor, financial and industry dynamics.\r\nActive recruiter, retention and development of talent; holds employees accountable for results.\r\nLeadership in change management, conflict resolution and fostering collaboration.\r\nDriver of customer loyalty, managing expectations, soliciting feedback and ensuring commitments are met.\r\nCollaborative engagement with leaders to identify and implement solutions that enhance business effectiveness.\r\nPay Range $85,000.00 – $113,300.00 Annually. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
