Data AnalysisPerform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and opportunities.Apply statistical and quantitative techniques to analyze complex datasets.Interpret data and develop deep-level insights.Investigate root causes behind changes in key metrics.Identify new opportunities through data-driven analysis.2. Goals & Success MetricsPartner with stakeholders to define business objectives and OKRs.Establish short- and long-term success metrics.Monitor key metrics and evaluate progress against business objectives.Identify and explain changes in metrics and performance.3. Data VisualizationDesign dashboards and visualizations that provide clear narrative understanding.Develop high-performance reports and dashboards.Create visualizations that allow both high-level analysis and detailed deep dives.4. Data StorytellingTranslate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling narratives.Present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings.Prioritize recommendations and estimate potential business impact.5. Statistical & Predictive ModelingDevelop and implement predictive and forecasting models.Apply techniques including:RegressionClusteringClassificationOther statistical/machine-learning techniquesEvaluate model performance and refine models as needed.Generate actionable insights from model outputs.6. Research & ExperimentationFormulate multiple hypotheses to address business questions.Develop comprehensive research plans.Identify appropriate data sources, collection methods, and analytical techniques.Conduct research and experiments to test hypotheses and answer business questions.Required Qualifications / Must-Have Skills1. Advanced SQL & Data AnalysisStrong Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) experience.Advanced proficiency in SQL.Ability to query and analyze large-scale datasets.Strong understanding of joins, aggregations, filtering, grouping, and analytical functions.2. Python / Quantitative Programming10+ years of experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or other scripting languages.Experience using statistical or mathematical tools such as R is a plus.3. Metrics & Business AnalyticsExperience defining and monitoring business metrics.Ability to establish KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics.Strong ability to identify root causes of metric changes.Experience using data to identify business opportunities.4. Statistical ModelingStrong background in statistical analysis and modeling.Experience developing and evaluating predictive models.Understanding of regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting techniques.5.
